Great location by Keisei Skyliner, but terrible smoking smell in the room.

Room size is extremely cramped for two guests with luggage!!! The lobby felt more like an overcrowded storage area instead of a welcoming entrance. Would appreciate quicker elevator service and a more thorough cleaning between guests!!!

Location was AMAZING! Steps away from Ueno Park and super close to metro stations. Just wish the room felt a bit roomier for three of us. Definitely loved the easy access to food spots nearby, though! 😊

Family with children really shouldn’t skip this place
Alright, so the location is just fantastic, right across from the station. We were able to get off the train and immediately head to all those little noodle shops nearby without even thinking twice. And the staff? They were super helpful, like this one English-speaking guy at the front desk who really went out of his way to answer all my questions! I mean, what a relief, right?
It wasn’t cheap, but acceptable for the convenience.

Tokyo's food scene is lit, and I stumbled upon some gems near the hotel — In-Izu-ei Honten served a killer bowl of soba that has your taste buds twirling! Plus, being steps away from Ueno Park is a sweet bonus for a morning stroll. The staff was chill and helped me stash my bags before check-in, making my arrival smooth.
Only hiccup was the room felt sorta cramped – classic Tokyo! And man, the elevator took its sweet time. I ended up stuck waiting to get to the lobby more than I’d like. No biggie though, just a little patience required.

I had a great stay at Apa Hotel Keisei Ueno Ekimae! The room was clean and well-equipped with a flat-screen TV and a fridge. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to Ueno Park and the Skyliner, making it easy to explore Tokyo. Staff were friendly and assisted with my luggage.

The location next to the train station was incredibly convenient for exploring the area and making my travel connections. The self-serve breakfast included great homemade pastries, which added a nice touch. However, the room was quite small, and the sporadic Wi-Fi made streaming challenging, especially when dealing with jet lag. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, the overall space could feel cramped for those with more luggage.

However, the Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent, which could be challenging for those wanting to stream movies or work during their stay.
